Absolutely love the cabana's! I think the website for the booking process needs a little work

We moved into the complex on December 1st and one of the reasons we chose to move in here was because of the amenities that Vintage offered.
Everything was going along well until the weather got warm and the pool began to get used.
We have had numerous occasions where the residents have complained about the people coming to the pool and they have no right to be according to the rules. We were issued bracelets so we could be identified.
Documented issues continue to go unanswered. People who don’t belong here continue to come in here. No bracelets and no rules being enforced.
Then we have the issue where resident employees have been seen handing out bracelets to their friends.
Every text has gone unanswered and people continue to invade the pool area and always the same people not following protocol.
Residents are tired of not being heard and threatening to go to corporate over the lack of communication and solving issues that that continue to grow.
Perhaps it is time to have a meeting with the residents and get things on the table for discussion because the residents continue to be ignored.
Whatever happened to the pressure washing of the units. Nobody knows that it got completed.
There is never anything communication as to where things stand.
Please address the issues because it is getting worse by the day.
